Sourcing the impeccable furnishings, wall coverings, paint colors and laying out the space. With this package the home owner has some skills that is brought to the table and will use them to either paint, move furniture, mounted TV’s, etc. For a lack of better words, you are unsure of what to buy, where to buy it from or how to put it all together, but have some skills to lend to the design.
